Mr Roy Craig

Roy is a New Zealand trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who grew up in the Hutt Valley, attending Naenae College before completing medical school (Otago) in 1994.

He gained his Fellowship in 2008, and then moved to Brisbane where he completed his Fellowship in Upper Limb Surgery.

Roy started back at Hutt Hospital in 2010 as a full time Orthopaedic Surgeon, and is also a Senior Lecturer at Otago Medical School (Wellington). He now also consults at Boulcott Hospital.

Roy's major specialty interests are:

• surgery of the upper limb including keyhole surgery of the shoulder, elbow, and wrist
• arthroplasty of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee
• joint replacement surgery.
