Profile

Dr Gianluca Valsenti is a highly experienced, fellowship-trained, paediatric and general radiologist. After graduating from Otago University, Gianluca completed his radiology training in Wellington and went on to complete a fellowship in Paediatric Radiology at BC Children’s Hospital, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Since returning to Wellington in 2013 Gianluca has worked in paediatric and general radiology, and also undertakes image-guided interventional procedures. We were delighted to welcome him to the Pacific Radiology Wellington/Manawatū team in 2025, alongside his continuing roles with Te Whatu Ora and Otago University.
