Nurse consults cover support and treatment for STI’s (sexually transmitted infections), UTI’s (urinary tract infections) and sick notes up to 7 days.
Data costs from your cellular or internet provider incurred during your video or phone consultation are not included in our prices.
GP appointments are available to Southern Cross members free of charge between the hours of 7am and 10pm ("Standard Medical Consultation") when they are booked via the My Southern Cross app. Subject to change. Terms and conditions apply.
