We are a family centred surgery offering a full range of general practice services in a multilingual environment. We pride ourselves on offering continuity of treatment within a friendly atmosphere.

Appointments
Please phone 09 8347670.We have a phone message - press “1” for reception and appointments.Appointments are to control the number of patients seen in the surgery during the day. Priority is given to emergencies. You may still experience some waiting time due to unforeseen circumstances and we apologise for the inconvenience.
After Hours care
Westcare Whitecross, 131 Lincoln Road, Henderson is our afterhours provider, open 24 hours. Ph 09 8363336.
Results
Our standard practice will be: patients are advised that they will not be contacted regarding any normal results from tests taken (e.g. lab tests).
Patients can phone for results as advised above. For any abnormal results, you will be contacted by phone or letter.
Urgent results will be relayed to patients as soon as possible after the doctors have received them.
