This service is provided to clients of any age who are unable to access outpatient services or whose needs would be more appropriately met in the home. There are 4 geographic bases, Pukekohe, Papakura, Howick and Orakau Rd, each servicing a particular region of the CMDHB community. Priority is given to those clients who are at risk of deterioration without physiotherapy intervention, with a key focus being to reduce the number of hospital admissions and increase independence in the client’s everyday life. Click here for more information.
