Description
We are a general practice aiming to provide quality healthcare to you and your family.
Our books are OPEN. Our area covers Ōrere Point, Kawakawa Bay, Hunua (from John Hill Road through to Caitcheon Road), Clevedon, Maraetai, Beachlands, and Brookby.
Due to the expansion of Clevedon we have had to limit our area for taking on new patients.
Consultations are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes. Only 2 items to be discussed at each 15 minute appointment.
Our Vensa.Com platform for booking online appointments is not available at present as all patients need to be screened prior to appointments being booked.
Please do not be offended when the receptionists ask the nature of your appointment at the time of phoning through as this is done to offer the most appropriate time slot and clinician responsible for providing certain services.

Helen Van Houtte has been with the practice since 2006. Helen is passionate about childhood immunisations, wound care and heart health. Cardiovascular risk assessments are part of the healthy heart check where Helen encourages patients to have their checks done regularly. This involves checking blood pressure, weight, height, family history as well as a blood test. Helen works 5 days per week.
Frances Arnott joined the practice in 2023. Frances enjoys a variety of patient interactions and will also be assisting in childhood vaccinations and cardiovascular risk assessments. Frances also runs Aclasta infusion clinics for our patients. Frances works 5 days per week.
Different charges apply to enrolled patients with Community Services Cards, casual and non-enrolled patients and for other services.

After hours: We partner with Practice Plus to provide same day virtual GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team. Practice Plus is available weekdays until 10pm and weekends/public holidays 8am-8pm.
