Profile

Specialising in breast imaging, Dr Shelley Boyd is passionate about providing high quality clinical care to patients. She was part of the team that introduced new techniques such as vacuum excision to the South Island (and nationwide) and has participated in research as an Associate Supervisor to a PhD student studying novel breast imaging techniques at the University of Canterbury.

Shelley is an Otago University graduate and completed her radiology training in Dunedin before returning to Canterbury to work at Pacific Radiology and Canterbury Breastcare.
