Workwise is a unique agency. Our employment consultants work alongside people, supporting them on their journey to find and keep meaningful employment. Employers value our services, as we go above and beyond a usual recruitment agency. Our focus is on sustainable employment - keeping people in jobs long-term. That’s why we work hard to match the right people with the right jobs. It’s better for them and it’s better for employers. People returning to work value our support, as we don’t just place people in a job and walk away. We help them find meaningful employment that matches their skills and aspirations, and we provide ongoing on-the-job support to help make them great employees. We know that having a paid job is a key part of helping people maintain wellbeing. Our aim is to help people into decent, lasting jobs, and to help everyone get the best from the employment relationship. Our services are provided free of charge.
