Profile

Puja is a Consultant Radiologist who has a career in radiology spanning over 37 years, having worked in India, Britian and then New Zealand since 1996. Until recently, Puja worked in both Auckland City Hospital (ACH) and Allevia Radiology and now works full time in Allevia Radiology.  She was award the fellowship of RANZCR in 1996 after which she undertook a visiting fellowship in Oncology at Royal Marsden Hospital in London in 2003 and later one in PET-CT at Essen University in Germany in 2010. Her main interest is in Oncology imaging with a special focus in body MRI, especially rectal and prostate MRI. Puja has been involved in training of medical students and radiology registrars during her time in ACH and now focuses on training of Radiology Fellows and supporting junior consultants in Allevia Radiology.

Puja's main interest is in oncology imaging, with a special interest in body MRI, especially rectal and prostate MRI.
