The Depression Recovery Centre
Whakamātūtū is dedicated to helping you through depression, anxiety, and other forms of mental distress. Our experienced team of mental health professionals will help you build your recovery and restore your wellbeing.
We have a holistic approach, helping you consider all your needs - mind, body, spirit, whānau as you navigate your recovery journey. We will support your recovery over three stages:
- Preparation - a period of assessment & preparation
- The programme
- Ongoing peer support

Our team includes: GP, Pou Ārahi, Psychiatrist, Social Worker, Therapists, Practice Manager, Art Therapists, Massage Therapists, Music Therapists, Trauma Treatment Specialist, Cooks. Meet the team here
