Kate has 23 years experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working in both New Zealand and the UK. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is a Polestar certified practitioner of pilates for rehabilitation, with 15 years of clinical pilates experience.

She has a passion in helping people be the best they can through the promotion of active rehab and a healthy lifestyle. Kate’s special interests include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, clinical pilates, acupuncture, pain management and functional rehab for older adults.
