Description
Kia ora
I am a new graduate midwife residing in Marotiri. I offer continuity of care to māmā and whānau in Taupō and surrounding areas including Marotiri, Tihoi, Whakamaru and Mangakino. I have two children of my own, so I understand first-hand how beautiful, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming this journey can be.
I value the partnership between the midwife and whānau. My role is to walk alongside you - listening, nurturing, providing reassurance and guidance, and supporting you to make choices that feel right for you and your baby. Women's values, beliefs, and choices remain central to the care I provide, therefore, I am committed to providing evidence-based information and will advocate for you and your choices whilst providing safe, holistic care.
I provide care throughout pregnancy, labour and birth, and up to 4-6 weeks postpartum. I work in a team of 5 other experienced midwives, so I have support readily available when needed.
Please reach out via the form provided on this website. You may like to include what number baby this is for you, estimated due date or LMP, where you reside, or any other information you may want to include. I look forward to hearing from you!
