Midwifery Service

Description

Congratulations and welcome to the amazing journey of pregnancy and motherhood!

My name is Christine Wang. I am a registered self-employed Midwife who provides continuity of care to women throughout pregnancy, labour and birth, until 4-6 weeks postnatally.

I believe childbirth is a natural process and that my role as a midwife is to support and advice women through their pregnancy and birth experience, while respecting their independence and personal decision making. I am here to assist you to achieve what you want to achieve in your childbirth journey.

I look after mothers living in Northshore and West Auckland area. I do deliveries at Northshore hospital. Currently I am taking small caseload while still working at North Shore hospital as a part-time diabetes in pregnancy services coordinator and a Childbirth Educator teaching Mandarin class for Waitemata DHB North Shore region. I also worked at North Shore Hospital as core midwife for 7 years.

I am fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. 我可以用流利的普通话或者广东话与您交流。

My practice partner is Cloris Li and Jianping Wang.  I look forward to hearing from you.
