Kia ora and hello! My name is Eva Wang. I am a registered midwife based in Auckland and attend births only at Auckland Hospital. I offer full continuity of care — from antenatal to labour and postnatal. With a small caseload, you’ll receive truly personalised support.
I’m a proud mother of two daughters, originally from China. I speak fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and I warmly welcome families from all cultural backgrounds.

🏥 My Experience
I’ve worked in Auckland Hospital’s Women’s Assessment Unit, Induction Ward, High-Risk Maternity, Postnatal, and Labour & Birthing Suite, supporting both normal and complex pregnancies.

I believe in gentle, respectful, and empowering care. I’ll walk beside you, providing compassionate support tailored to you and your whānau.

Your midwife will support and care for you during your labour and will help deliver your baby / pēpi.

Your midwife will help connect you with a Well Child/Tamariki Ora service once your baby / pēpi is 6 weeks old. Well Child/Tamariki Ora services provide free health checks for your tamariki from 6 weeks old to 5 years. It is also important to register your baby with a local GP for ongoing medical care and to organise immunisations. All babies born in New Zealand are registered with the National Immunisation Register.
Your midwife will help connect you with a Well Child/Tamariki Ora service once your baby / pēpi is 6 weeks old.
