My name is Vivian Wei. I completed my midwifery training at Auckland University of Technology and I am a registered midwife. It is a privilege to work alongside women and their families as they make the transition to parenthood. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience to make the transition as smooth as possible for the entire family.
I moved into LMC practice as of February 2012 from Auckland City Hospital core midwifery. I practise mainly at North Shore Hospital and Auckland City Hospital. As a midwife working in a special partnership with each woman as her professional caregiver, I seek to practise in a way that harmonises with the woman’s natural physiological processes and promotes health.
My back up midwives are Jingping Wang & Sophia Chen.
I speak English and Mandarin.
