Midwifery Service
Today
8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Description
Wei Wen has been a practising midwife in Auckland since 2007 and was previously a registered nurse.
I am happy to look after the care of mothers in the Panmure/Mt Wellington region and also cover the eastern suburbs such as Howick, Dannemora, Flatbush etc, as well as partially cover southern suburbs such as Manukau, Takanini etc. My clinic is on every Thursday and based at Botany Primary Birthing Unit. I am using Auckland Hospital as the main labour/birthing hospital, also do Birthcare or Botany Primary Birthing unit for the low risk Mama!
I am also a certified lactation consultant and exclusively breastfed both of my children for over a year. I believe and promote that breastfeeding and breast milk is the best for baby.
I am working within a team of 3 and you will have an opportunity to meet my backups before your due date. And I am taking a 2-3 client/month caseload to ensure the quality of maternity care.
