Midwifery

Kia ora, My name is Viki and I have lived and worked in West Auckland for a number of years. I registered as a Comprehensive nurse in 1992, and completed my Midwifery qualification 1993. I started working at Waitakere Hospital and stayed for 16-17 years as a midwife. I enjoyed and loved my time at Waitakere Hospital however it was time for a change. My Midwifery partner is Rangi Pou, and we work from Midwifery Focus rooms in Glendene. I am able to provide midwifery care to women and whānau who choose to deliver at Waitakere Hospital, or when necessary at North Shore Hospital.
