Fees and Charges Categorisation
Fees apply
Fees and Charges Description
If you are referred for an AOD assessment by the court, that assessment is paid for by the Ministry of Justice.
If you are referred by a lawyer, the fee may be paid by legal aid (depending on the circumstances).
If you are a self-referral, fees may apply.
If you require an assessment to have an indefinite disqualification removed, NZTA pays for one assessment. If a second assessment is required, fees may apply.
