Description

Pathways to Hope provides access to one-on-one Wellbeing Coaching which is guided by a coaching practice framework. Working with your Wellbeing Coach means that you get to work towards Wellbeing goals that matter to you.  You would then also have access to the range of other support services A Girl Called Hope offers.

Other supporting services of A Girl Called Hope that might be identified as suitable for your Tailormade Pathway are:  Online Wellbeing Skills Courses, Wellbeing Day Courses, Personal Development Courses or Counselling.

The Pathways to Hope programme is voluntary and requires you to be open to change, willing to try new solutions and engage in reflection.  Based on the Te Whare Tapa Wha model of hauora, our approach is CBT based and DBT informed.

As a community based service, Pathways to Hope is for those who require additional support to remain actively involved with family/whānau, community living, education, employment and self-management of their own wellbeing. You are supported to determine your own needs and to retain or regain control of your own journey to strengthen your wellbeing.
