Register online on our website. Fee applies for those who are not on the Pathways to Hope programme. Partial scholarships may be available for those in financial hardship.
For those accepted to the Pathways to Hope programme, these courses may form part of your Tailormade Pathway and no separate registration is required.
For those seeking effective tools and tips for improving wellbeing, the Online Wellbeing Skills Courses are designed to build upon every participant’s hauora (wellbeing) resources. Our organisation’s values are communicated through our commitment to wellbeing and belief that every person is valued, purposed and, above all, has reason to live.
Each topical course is made up of four 90-minute sessions. The courses are interactive and in real-time. Facilitated by our experienced and qualified team, skills practice is incorporated into each session. Participants receive a Workbook to support their learning journey.
As part of our community based services these courses are for people who require additional support to remain actively involved with family/whānau, community living, education, employment and self-management of their own wellbeing. These courses also suitable as part of an organisation's staff wellbeing programme.
Each person is supported to determine their own needs and to retain or regain control of their own journey to strengthen their wellbeing.
