Description

Our multi-disciplinary team of psychologists specialise in treating Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Phobias and associated issues.

Your recovery pathway with us includes three important steps:

  • Initial Needs Assessment
  • Medical / Psychiatric Assessment
  • Clinical Therapy

In the initial needs assessment, we will help identify if treatment is needed, the options for treatment and an idea on length, brief intervention help may be given where possible, education provided about anxiety and next steps decided with the client (and family where appropriate). Clients can then make a decision about engaging in a psychiatric assessment for diagnosis, medication or medication reviews where required.

There are a range of effective treatment options for Anxiety Conditions.

For many of our clients, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the effective treatment that leads to life-long recovery of Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Phobias.

However, ‘one size does not fit all’. Your recovery process is unique to you. We customise your recovery blueprint to the variables and dynamics of your own situation. Because of this, your personalised treatment plan may also include other psychotherapy models.
