Description

This is a 6-week treatment programme which provides a powerful forum for growth and change. Not only do our clients receive tremendous understanding, support, and encouragement from others facing similar issues, but they also gain different perspectives, ideas, and viewpoints on their own issues.

This insight oriented group will provide you with a safe environment for exploring yourself and understanding Benzodiazepine and/or Zopiclone dependency. It will also address withdrawal symptoms, stabilisation and reduction plans. It focuses on education and is a practical skill based programme that supports healthy, holistic interpersonal development.

​The Prescription Medication Dependency Treatment Programme will take up to approximately 2-4 hours per week.
