Description

Our counsellors work with women using a number of modalities such as narrative therapy, drawing therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behavioural therapy, incorporating all aspects of a person's wellbeing, body, mind and spirit.

Our counselling services cover anxiety, depression, divorce, PTSD, psychological and mental abuse, grief and loss, relationships, physical and sexual abuse.
