Description

We have three Family and Whānau Fieldworkers who provide support, education and advocacy. Confidentiality is guaranteed and the Fieldworkers are available to meet with you either at our offices at the Historic Village, or at a place of your choosing e.g. a cafeteria or your home.

Our Fieldworkers facilitate educational workshops and support groups.

We provide assistance, where appropriate, to identify suitable services to support the best outcome for your family and whānau.

We provide assistance to navigate mental health services.
