Referral Process

Hawke's Bay DHB patients can be referred to the Smokefree Team via their treating clinician.

Description

The Smokefree Teams provides stop smoking support to current or departed patients of Hawke's Bay Hospital.

We also provide training to Hawke's Bay DHB staff to ensure they are confident in having a stop smoking conversation with their patients.

Hawke's Bay DHB - Smokefree Team is a provider of the Te Haa Matea - Hawke's Bay Stop Smoking Service.
