A free service open to all people across the Waitemata region, the Health & Support Navigation service can be accessed by phone, email, and in person. Self-referral and doctor/agency referrals are accepted. 

Description

Our Health & Support Navigation service provides confidential advice, information and support related to Mental Wellbeing, Family/Whānau Wellbeing and Community Wellbeing.

This free service assists people and families to identify and access support pathways in their local communities.

Common issues and topics include: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, addictions, relationship issues, parenting, counselling, support groups and much more.
