People may self-refer or refer whānau members. Referrals also come from GPs, DHB clinicians & government agencies. Please phone 09 5314040 or 0800 678 323 for further information on how to access services.
Description
Mobile Mental Health Support provides a range of services to people who have experienced mental illness and who would benefit from support with their recovery. The service is mobile, visiting people wherever they live in the community. Our services are specific to different population groups, recognising the importance of cultural strengths to wellbeing, and matching staff to different language needs.
