Smokefree provides 1 to 1 support and advice face to face, by phone, txt or email. We can provide free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) - patches, gum, lozenges and support for other stop smoking medications. We provide specialised support and advice for women who are pregnant. There are several incentive programmes to encourage people on their journey to becoming smokefree.
