Kick Ash is South Canterbury DHB and Arowhenua Whānau Services' free specialist smoking cessation service. Kick Ash provides 1 to 1 support and advice face to face, by phone, txt or email. We can provide free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) - patches, gum, lozenges and support for other stop smoking medications. We provide specialised support and advice for women who are pregnant. There are several incentive programmes to encourage people on their journey to becoming smokefree.

Kick Ash provides accessible, free and effective smoking cessation services.
We provide home visits, community based clinics & support groups, Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), 1-on-1 support and advice, and resources for general practice & community health agencies.
Kick Ash also provides support and advice for women who are pregnant.
The Kick Ash team is made up of two staff members ready to support you on your journey to becoming smokefree.
