This service is overseen in conjunction with Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty and the Community Mental Health team.  Initial interest can also come direct to us.

Description

LINC has staff that assist individuals to prepare and find sustainable long term housing solutions.  As part of this we offer assistance to individuals to develop life, wellbeing, and other skills to maintain a tenancy and their own wellbeing.
