How to access SCS
You can apply directly to MASH or be referred by:
- your General Practitioner Doctor;
- other health professional;
- family/whānau or friend.
Phone MASH Trust on (06) 355 7200 and ask for the Community Services Manager to discuss this service further.
Once your application has been received you will be contacted to arrange a time to meet and discuss your needs.
Support in the Community Service is discreet and confidential.
This service is a community based service that promotes growth, independence and recovery in mental health. It provided individual support that actively encourages you to develop new skills and reach identified goals. Support in the Community Service is provided by Mobile Support Workers who support people to live in the community. We provide a discreet and confidential service whilst developing potential in all aspects of your life.
