Referrals are accepted from GP, community agencies, schools or Plunket.

This service is for young people from birth to 18 years of age.

Description

Child, Adolescent and Family provides outpatient and some community based mental health assessments, consultation, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment for for pre-schoolers, children/tamariki & adolescents/rangatahi and their families/whānau who are experiencing co-existing disorders (mental health and substance use). 

Following assessments, Child, Adolescent and Family negotiate with families what therapy and other supports may look like. 
 
Child, Adolescent and Family are a family based service who provide family therapy as well as offering individual therapy.
