MidCentral Health Community Mental Health Services are provided by four teams based in Horowhenua, Palmerston North, Tararua and Feilding.
The Horowhenua Mental Health & Addiction Team provides services covering Ōtaki, Foxton, Te Horo, Levin and Shannon.
