Referrals are accepted via GP or internal care coordinators.
Description
Specialty Eating Disorder care is delivered through the Adult Community Mental Health Team for clients 18 years and over.
Following assessment, clients are assigned a care coordinator, with psychiatry, medical, dietitian and psychology input being individualised to their treatment plan.
