Referral Process
Accepts self-referrals, GP or community agencies for individuals, aged 18 years plus, in Woodville, Pahiatua and outlying rural areas. Our Dannevirke team work with children and adults.
Existing consumers/tangata whaiora are encouraged to contact their care coordinator in the first instance.

Description
The service provides culturally appropriate assessments and treatment suffering from a moderate to severe level of mental illness. The Tararua team is a multi disciplinary team that aims to provide quality recovery focussed service.
Supportive care / treatment during acute phases of unwellness, individual therapies and relapse prevention planning. Recovery focused work with individual clinicians.
Our Dannevirke location now has CAFs and eImpact care coordinators on site.
During business hours, MidCentral Health Community Mental Health Teams offers a mental health emergency service in their area.
