Mix is open to anyone over the age of 18 who has, or has had the experience of mental illness.

Description

Connect Monday: Shared kai and social connections. Share your thoughts & get involved in our weekly house and planning meetings.

Tikanga Day: Join our introduction to cultural learning and creativity workshop. Held the last Thursday of every month at our Lower Hutt location - 212 Knights Road, Hutt Central, Lower Hutt.

Community Connections: Connecting with our community by meeting different services and community groups and learning about what's available.

Inner Canvas: Weekly art therapy group that invites you to use a range of art materials to explore and make connections to the inner parts of yourself - your emotions, your thoughts, your beliefs, and your soul. The work you do each eek on your own 'inner canvas' can be kept personal, or can be shared and talked about within the safe group environment.

Participant-led Activities: Participants share their talents and interests with a range of activities. These may include games, pampering, chess, crafter-noon and projects.

Friday Workshops & Course: Try something new; learn skills, gain confidence & knowledge on a range of topics.

Community Trips: Getting to know our community by exploring our region

Music Lessons with Kath: Mondays, at 1:00 PM - 212 Knights Road, Hutt Central, Lower Hutt.
