Eligibility criteria is required by referral through Waikato District Health Board-Mental Health Services.

Description

This is a recovery-oriented service to assist people with mental illness to develop their life and living skills and enjoy relationships with others.

This service provides an opportunity to learn, enhance/improve skills and to build meaningful relationships for people with various disabilities and health issues, by providing a platform that will integrate creative, physical activity and engagement in community life in a social environment.

This service is located at 133 Esplanade Road, Te Kuiti from 9.00am -3.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
