Oasis Network Inc facilitates various support groups throughout the week.
The Men’s Support Group runs on Thursdays (10am-12pm). The group is for men with a lived experience of mental distress/illness. The group provides a strong community experience to empower individual men to take the lead in their lives and succeed.
The Women's Support Group runs on Wednesdays (10am-12pm) and is facilitated by a peer support worker and explores topic of wellbeing and recovery from the perspectives of women in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our Realities Group is at 11am on Fridays. Talk over your different ways of looking at realities. This can be voices or other sensory differences, spiritual experiences or ideas that others don't have. Lunch is provided at 1pm for group attendees.
Karen runs our Craft Group on a Monday morning. Come along and get those creative juices flowing.
We are pleased to have been in partnership with SuperGrans for a number of years now. Elaine takes our Cooking Class intergrating ingredients received from Kaibosh showing participants what can be achieved with many everyday items. Group size limited to 5.
