Description

This recovery-focused service provides care for people who require supervision and support in a structured environment. The service is for people who are experiencing deterioration in their mental health or who are recovering from an acute occurrence and require a high level of supervision and support. Care is residential for those who require 24-hour supervision and who may otherwise be admitted to hospital. A day programme is available for those requiring supervision for some part of the day. This service focuses on the development of skills that will help the person to become more independent and able to reintegrate into the community.

Pathways offers a range of residential-based support solutions. Please refer to the Support Services page of the Pathways website for more information.
