Description
Our team assists people who have a disability and/or experience mental illness to find paid employment through Vocational Support and Microbusiness.
Vocational Support offers:
- A pre-employment course
- Career planning
- Developing a CV
- Sourcing employment opportunities
- Ongoing support for those who gain employment
Microbusiness is an innovative programme teaching self-employment skills for the people we partner. It allows people to:
- Identify their skills and passion
- Learn business skills
- Establish plans and goals
- Work at their own pace
- Identify gaps in our market
- Develop products or services
- Build confidence
- Contribute to the community
