Referral Process

To access the free service you can:

  • Phone 0800 500 601
  • Email:
  • Complete the ‘Stop Smoking Referral Form’
  • Seek help from your GP/Family Doctor, friend or whānau member to contact the service on your behalf.

This is a free 12 week programme to help pregnant women and anyone living in the same household become smokefree to create a healthier environment for baby. 

  • One-to-one support
  • Free quit smoking aids, including two QuickMists.

The programme will offer pregnant women up to $350 in Countdown or Warehouse vouchers and up to $200 to those living in the same household for those who successfully quit smoking (terms and conditions apply).
