We provide an inclusive, supportive environment where people feel valued for who they are. We encourage active involvement and aim to build well-being through connecting, learning, and creativity.
Our members facilitate many of our programmes based on their strengths, talents and interests. Members and supporters are encouraged to share ideas, give feedback and take an active role in the development of our programmes, classes and events.
