This is a free, 8 week programme, which delivers face-to-face support to an individual, whānau or group. The free programme: helps you prepare to quit helps you set and work towards a quit day supports you to stay on track after your quit day and helps you to prevent relapses You'll be provided with free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) such as gums, lozenges and patches. You'll also receive advice about other stop smoking medication. Over the course of the programme, we'll track your progress using a "smokerlyzer" (carbon monoxide monitor) which shows you the health benefits of giving up smoking.
