Description

This consists of three whare (houses), all within the Waitemata DHB region of Auckland. Tangata Whaiora who have been diagnosed have their needs assessed and are placed according to their requirements into a whare. Once placed in a whare, Tangata Whaiora are provided ongoing external clinical treatment and support through their clinical teams. All three whare are staffed with culturally aware mental health professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
