Description
At The Light House Recovery, we offer a comprehensive, personalised and caring approach to addiction recovery in a luxurious and secure setting.
Our philosophy involves helping our clients re-learn to enjoy life again free from addiction. Our facility is equiped with a swimming pool, spa pool, movie theatre, gym and massage chairs whilst activities available include yoga, breathwork, personal training, personal diet plans, kayaking, daily walks and group outings.
We are committed to providing a high level of care and attention to our clients and individual recovery plans are tailored to each client's needs, to ensure the most effective and successful treatment plan.
Our comprehensive treatment programme, developed and managed by our team of experienced clinicians, GP and registered nurse, makes use of the 12-step philosophy, therapeutic sessions, group activities, and a range of wellness treatments such as massage and yoga to help you achieve recovery.
We have the ability to address a wide range of addictions, including but not limited to alcohol, methamphetamine, benzodiazapines, gbl and gambling, as well as eating disorders and various behavioural and mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, and chronic stress.
Staff
We have a team of experienced clinicians, GP and registered nurse.
All our staff have first hand experience with overcoming addiction, either personally or through supporting family members through their recovery journey.

We are a 24hr, 7 day a week residential rahabilitation service.
