Mental Health & Addictions Service

Today

Description

More New Zealanders are struggling with mental health challenges than ever before. At least 1 in 5 New Zealander's are accessing Mental Health Services each year.

We are Registered Nurses who are passionate about doing something that makes a difference for individuals, family/whānau, and our society as a whole and that's why we established The Middle Path. We support those over the age of 18 years old who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health distress, general wellbeing, and/or substance use concerns.

Our focus is you; our goal is to support you in your unique circumstances and live the life you choose.  At The Middle Path, we can help you identify and overcome your stumbling blocks whilst finding a new way of addressing the challenges you face.

We bring integrity to everything we do by ensuring we work collaboratively with you, your family/whānau, and other professionals.
