People are referred to the service by their GP (Doctor) or social service providers. We also accept referrals from individuals and family members.

Description
Supporting the wellbeing of people who have mild to moderate mental health needs with free and immediate support.
The service can help with: feeling stressed, worries about your budget, feeling anxious about work, social situations or relationship problems. Our team can also help with Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) or housing issues.
