Individuals may like to meet one-on-one first, in order to understand more about peer support, before attending their first group. Some may prefer to only have one to one interaction.
Description
This group provides a safe, peer-led, supportive environment for individuals who are experiencing mental health distress.
Groups are held in Ōamaru, twice a month plus an informal session. Most Saturdays there is also an informal gathering of like minds for coffee and art and craft, or just to chat.
A group is also held in Kurow, running twice a month.

Public Transport
Transport to and from meetings can be provided for individuals travelling from Kurow or those based in Ōamaru.
