This group provides a safe, peer-led, supportive environment for individuals who are experiencing mental health distress. Groups are held in Ōamaru, twice a month. Most Saturdays there is also an informal gathering of like minds for coffee and art and craft, or just to chat.

Individuals may like to meet one-on-one first, in order to understand more about peer support, before attending their first group. Some may prefer to only have one to one interaction.

Transport to and from meetings can be provided for individuals travelling from Kurow or those based in Ōamaru.
