Referral Process

Access to this service can come via ERMS from GP’s or by referrals from West Coast Central Crisis Response team, PHOs, NGOs and other DHB’s. 

Individuals can also self-refer.


These services provide assessment and treatment in a community setting for clients with moderate-to-severe mental illness.

All mental health services are confidential and non-judgemental. We won’t tell anyone about your health unless you want us to, and we won’t make you feel bad about asking for help.

Public Transport

St John runs two rural shuttle services from Monday - Friday. St John do not charge a fee for this services, however they do accept donations to help cover costs.
