Description
The Bipolar Support Group provides a supportive space for people diagnosed with bipolar - or think they may have bipolar - to share challenges, successes, ask questions, and offer support. New members are welcome.
Staff
The Bipolar Support group is coordinated by Saskia Hawke a member of the group and staff of Whiti Ora. Members of the group also volunteer.

The Bipolar Support Group meets on the first Friday of the month from 10am to 1pm in person at Ember Korowai Takitini in Ōtāhuhu.
They also meet on zoom on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 7pm to 9pm.
They do not meet in January.

People who do not have lived experience of bipolar may only attend if they support someone who does experience the symptoms of bipolar to attend.

There are two groups with different requirements.
The in-person group is open to residents of the Auckland region. They require you to register with the Whiti Ora service.
Whiti Ora Online Form.
The Zoom group is open to everyone regardless of location. Email them to go on the mailing list and the link will be sent to you.
